Casa do Pão de Queijo/Carrefour - (on the morning of 11/12/23) Today my orange juice arrived with a little fly as a gift! I called the attendant, informing her that there was something in my glass, and I was surprised that she already knew what it was, before I even showed her the glass she said: "it's just orange flies!" I asked for another juice, which was given to me, but when I tasted it, it seemed like it only had water; the taste of orange had gone away! I thought it could be an orange without juice! I was very thirsty and I drank it anyway, watery! Only later did I realize that I had arrived too quickly, that I hadn't had time to squeeze in the orange and prepare another juice. Unfortunately, I trusted, I didn't go along to check if they actually made another juice; but considering the speed and the state it came back in (watery), I think I had the same mesquite juice! I still feel like vomiting!!! TOTAL DISAPPOINTMENT!!! AND LOOK AT HE WAS A REGULAR CUSTOMER!!! IT WAS!!!

Bad place! A disservice to the franchise. I asked for an orange juice and they served it to me with the rest of the juice from the glass underneath the juice maker. Dormant food, dry pasta and completely wrong orders. We ordered Turkey Breast Croissant as we were told there was no other flavor. When we got the product, it came with chicken. Do yourself a favor and don't eat at this place, any other place in the city is better, including other franchise stores.

Good place to have a coffee and a snack. Coffee is not that tasty and the prices are killing.
